Restroom trailers for weddings: what Bay County couples should know

An outdoor wedding on the bay sounds perfect — until someone asks where the bathroom is. If your venue is a beach, a backyard, or a barn, a restroom trailer turns your event’s weakest link into something guests genuinely compliment. Here’s what to know before you book.

What’s actually inside a trailer

Think small upscale restroom, not porta potty: flushing porcelain toilets, running-water sinks with soap and mirrors, interior lighting, and air conditioning — which in a Florida June is not optional. Guests in formalwear stay comfortable, and nobody’s fixing their hair by phone flashlight.

How many stalls for your guest list

  • Up to 100 guests: a 2-stall trailer handles a full evening comfortably.
  • 100–250 guests: step up to 3–4 stalls, especially with an open bar.
  • 250+ guests: a larger trailer, or a trailer plus a bank of standard units placed discreetly for peak times.

What your venue needs to provide

Three things: a firm, level spot our truck can reach, a standard power connection, and a water hookup. Most Bay County venues have hosted trailers before and know the drill — we coordinate directly with your venue or planner so placement, power, and timing are settled before the big day. No hookups at a remote site? Ask about self-contained options.

Book early for spring and fall

Trailers are our most-requested rental for March–May and October–November weddings. Two to three months ahead is the safe window for peak dates; we deliver the day before your event so everything is spotless and settled before the first guest arrives.

Say “I do” to clean loos.
