Our story

The family behind the potties.

Patty’s Potties is a family-owned portable sanitation company in Lynn Haven, Florida. Since 1984 we’ve kept Bay County’s job sites, weddings, festivals, and backyards comfortable — one spotless unit at a time.

It started with one truck and a promise.

In 1984, our family started renting portable toilets out of Lynn Haven with a simple promise: every unit clean, every delivery on time, every customer treated like a neighbor — because around here, they are.

Four decades later the trucks are bigger and the fleet is too, but the promise hasn’t changed. We’re not a national chain with a call center. When you phone Patty’s, you talk to a real person at our Lynn Haven office who knows your venue, your job site, and probably your street.

When Hurricane Michael tore through the Panhandle, our crews spent months alongside relief workers, rebuild contractors, and families living in campers on their own property. That season taught us what dependable sanitation really means to a community — and it’s why our 24-hour emergency line never closes.

What we believe in

Clean is non-negotiable

Every unit on rent gets pumped, sanitized, and restocked weekly — included, always.

Everyone goes comfortably

Our whole portable fleet is wheelchair-accessible. Comfort isn't an upgrade.

On time means on time

Units arrive before your crew or your guests do. We plan it that way.
